Alexis's mother would not
name her child anything she would not want her brain surgeon to be
named. She would not, therefore, name her daughter Sally; would you go
to Doctor Sally for brain surgery? (It's nothing personal, Sally.) She
would, on the other hand, name her daughter Whitney; I would certainly
go to a Doctor Whitney.
